Hi, I’m Terry. I’m 71 years old, and I feel great. Not by accident — by choice.
Over the years, I’ve learned that staying healthy isn’t about magic pills or punishing workouts. It’s about consistency, common sense, and finding what works for you.
I created SupplementYourHealth.com to share that with you — simple ideas, honest experience, and proven supplements that support real people like us. No fluff. No fads. Just real-life wellness from someone who’s living it every day.
💡 Why This Site Exists
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably hit a point in life where health isn’t optional anymore. Maybe it’s blood pressure. Maybe it’s energy levels. Maybe it’s wanting to feel strong and alive for the people you love.
For me, it’s all of the above.
My goal is to live to 100 and beyond — not just to make it there, but to thrive every day along the way. That means:
- Staying active
- Eating smart
- Supplementing wisely
- And protecting the organs that matter most — my heart, liver, kidneys, and mind.
I built this site to track that journey — and help you on yours.

🩺 My Current Daily Health Stack (As of 2025)
Every morning and evening, I take steps to support my longevity. Here’s a quick look at what’s currently working for me (some of which I’ll dive into in detail on the blog):
- Beetroot juice (helps my blood pressure and stamina)
- LiveGood supplements (especially their multivitamin, Super Reds, Omega-3, and magnesium)
- Protein smoothies (for strength and muscle maintenance)
- Olive oil, garlic, green veggies — lots of them
- Pelvic floor and balance exercises (yes, even these matter more than ever now)
🚶♂️ What “Healthy” Looks Like for Me
I’m not a health nut. I’m just committed.
Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- 6:45am — wake up to see the sunrise
- 10:30am — daily bike exercise (22 minutes)
- Midday — balance training, Kegels, and light resistance work
- Evening — wind-down stretches and mindfulness
- Plus: Good food, beetroot juice, lots of water, and staying connected to purpose
Every small step adds up. I don’t do it all perfectly, but I do it daily.
